Ecomwiz provides an AI-powered shopping assistant that integrates with WooCommerce stores to:

• Provide 24/7 customer support through AI chat
• Offer intelligent product recommendations
• Answer customer questions about products, shipping, and returns
• Help customers find products through smart search

To use Ecomwiz, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Have a valid WooCommerce store
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the AI system
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to spam or harass customers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

While I strive to provide 99.9% uptime, I cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

As a solo founder, I'm personally committed to maintaining high service quality and will communicate any issues transparently.

Ecomwiz and all related technology, including the AI models and algorithms, are proprietary to Ecomwiz. You retain ownership of your store data and customer information.

You grant Ecomwiz permission to use your data solely to provide and improve the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Ecomwiz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While I work hard to ensure the AI provides accurate information, you remain responsible for your customer interactions and business decisions.

My liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Either party may terminate the service at any time:

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account
• I may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days of termination
